You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase vaping products from Folkvang. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be received before order processing. We accept various payment methods including GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and QRPh. All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the Philippines. Delivery times may vary based on location. Free shipping is available for orders over ₱50. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

7. Health Warnings

WARNING: These products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Vaping products are not recommended for non-smokers, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals with respiratory conditions. Use at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Folkvang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products or services.
